My philosophy
I look at your body, your mind and your daily routine together. What works for someone else may not work for you, so we find what fits your life.
AboutJennifer, coach and founder
Who I am, how I got here and how I work with clients.
I got into coaching because I needed it first. I was burnt out and out of balance, and changing what I ate wasn't enough on its own. I had to look at how I moved, how I slept and how I handled stress.
Once that started working for me, I wanted to help other people do the same. These days I coach clients one-on-one and in groups. Many of them have tried diets before and are tired of starting over.
"What worked for your friend might not work for you. My job is to find what does."
So I build plans around the way my clients actually live: their work hours, the food they grew up eating and the time they really have. We build the plan together, and I keep checking in until the new habits stick.

These photos are me. What got me from the first picture to the second wasn't a strict diet or punishing workouts. It was a set of small habits I could keep up. I coach my clients the same way:
I look at your body, your mind and your daily routine together. What works for someone else may not work for you, so we find what fits your life.

You won't be judged. You'll get advice grounded in evidence, regular check-ins, and a coach who notices your progress, including the small wins.
