Who we are

This website is run by Jennifer, trading as Wellness with Jenny, a wellness coach based in Ghana. We handle your personal information in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

What we collect

When you order a plan: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, anything you write in the note, and what you ordered.

When you join the brunch guest list: your name, WhatsApp number and, if you give it, your email address.

When you message, call or email us: your message goes straight to Jenny on WhatsApp, phone or email. It is not stored on this website.

When you pay online: payments are handled by Paystack. We never see or store your card or Mobile Money PIN details. Paystack tells us whether the payment succeeded.

Why we use it

To deliver what you ordered, send your receipt and download links, contact you about your plan, arrange payment, and tell you about the brunch if you asked us to. We do not sell your information or send you marketing you did not ask for.

Who can see it

Only Jennifer and anyone helping her run the business. We share details with Paystack (to process payments) and with our website host (which stores the site). Both keep it secure and use it only to provide their service.

Cookies

The website uses one essential cookie to remember your cart and keep forms secure. It is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as the law requires for business and tax records. Brunch guest list details are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it by law. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.
